Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of the item's delivery date for a full exchange or refund.  The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us at returns@alicesmoment.com and we will arrange for the return.  If you decide to return a product that is not defective, we will ask you to pay the return shipping to San Francisco, California.  Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund.
